Non Rising Stem Resilient Seat Gate Valve
The valve uses the compensation effect of micro deformation caused by the stress of the elastic gate valve plate to achieve good sealing effect. The medium temperature is not higher than 80℃ when it is used. It can be widely used in construction, food, medicine, chemical energy, water supply and drainage and other industries, and it can be used for regulating and closure of pipelines and equipment.
1. Non-toxic anti-corrosion coating: both the inside and outside surface of the valve are non-toxic epoxy powder electrostatic coating, anti-corrosion long life, can be directly used in drinking water, food and medicine industry.
2. Material: the valve body, bonnet, gate and handwheel are all made of nodular iron, with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and body are fully formed by precision casting without any machining.
3. Three O-ring seal, water pressure under the action of axial self- sealing, no packing seal adjustment trouble. The top dustproof ring prevents external impurities from entering the inside of the shaft seal.
4. When the valve is fully open, the gate is completely lifted off the flow channel and there is no groove at the bottom of the seat, which is not easy to accumulate sundries. It is equivalent to the straight pipe and has the lowest flow resistance.
1. Design according to EN 1171, BS5163, EN 1074-1 and 2.
2. Face to face dimensions according to BS 5163, DIN3202.
3. Hydraulic test according to EN 12266, IS05208 standard.
4. Flange drilling to EN 1092-2, ISO 7005-2.
